About this website

This website describes the third-party and private-label manufacturing services of VIYO Organic and the Baqai Healthcare facility in Delhi. It is provided for general information to businesses. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. Terms, specifications, minimum orders and timelines are agreed in a written quotation for each project.

Regulatory notice

Statements on this website describe manufacturing services and are not medical or health claims. The regulatory category of each product is confirmed per project, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Brand owners are responsible for their own product claims, advertising, licences, permissions and labelling in every market where they sell. We review labels and copy as part of a project, but that review does not transfer the responsibility.

Not legal or medical advice

Guides and answers on this website describe how we work and general practice. They are not legal, regulatory or medical advice. Rules change, so please confirm the current position for your product and market with your own adviser.

Product images

Photographs of packs are examples of our own products. Other images on this website are illustrative and are labelled as such. They do not show the actual premises, equipment or batches unless stated.

Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to VIYO Organic or is used with permission. Brand names and logos remain the property of their owners. Your own brand, artwork and confidential information stay yours, and we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share them.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate, but it is provided as is, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Your rights under any written agreement for a project are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
