Third-party Shilajit manufacturing · Delhi, India

Shilajit resin, liquid and capsules, made under your brand.

VIYO Organic is a Shilajit brand made at the Baqai Healthcare facility in Delhi. The same facility now takes on manufacturing for other brands and distributors, with roots in Baqai Dawa Khana, a Unani clinic and manufacturer of Unani products since 1930.

01What we make

Three Shilajit formats, one facility.

Each format has its own page with packaging options, what to decide before a first order, and the documents to ask for.

Looking for something else from the Unani range, such as tablets, syrups, oils or powders? See other forms we review.

02Who we work with

For brands that want to own the product, not the factory.

Enquiries usually come from one of three kinds of business. Whichever you are, the first conversation is the same: what do you want to sell, to whom, and what does the label need to say.

  • New brand founders

Planning a first Shilajit launch on a marketplace, a store or your own site. We help you choose a format and avoid label and licensing mistakes before you commit to artwork.

  • Established wellness brands

Adding Shilajit to a range you already sell. Tell us your pack size, positioning and the documents your channels ask for.

  • Distributors and exporters

Sourcing finished goods for a territory or a destination market. Say where you plan to sell and we will talk through what is needed.

03How it works

From first brief to dispatch.

The short version. The full process has eight steps, and you get a written timeline with your quote, because it depends on your format, your licensing route and how quickly artwork is approved.

  1. 01

    Brief

You tell us the format, pack, market and rough quantity.

  2. 02

    Route and terms

We confirm the licensing route, the formulation and a mutual NDA if you want one.

  3. 03

    Samples

You review a sample of the format before any production order.

  4. 04

    Label and artwork

We review the label particulars and claims with you before print.

  5. 05

    Trial and production

A trial batch confirms the process, then commercial production follows.

  6. 06

    QC release and dispatch

Agreed release documents accompany each dispatch.

04Quality and documents

Ask for the paperwork. Any manufacturer should show it.

Shilajit has no single, widely accepted numeric standard that buyers can simply quote, so the useful questions are about method, not marketing percentages. These are the documents we expect serious buyers to ask for, and that we are ready to discuss.

  • Manufacturing licence and the products it covers
  • Specification and test methods, including the fulvic acid method
  • Heavy metal and microbial testing scope
  • Batch manufacturing and release records
  • Label and claims review before print

About the company

06What we will not do

We keep your launch compliant.

Shilajit is often sold with promises about testosterone, libido or stamina. In India, claims linked to sexual capacity, or to treating or preventing listed diseases, are prohibited in advertising under the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.

We do not write disease claims or sexual-performance claims for any brand. We review your label and your copy with you, and tell you when a line needs to change.

07Common questions

Before you send a brief.

Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?

Products are manufactured at the Baqai Healthcare facility on GT Karnal Road Industrial Area, Delhi. VIYO Organic is the brand and the commercial contact, Baqai Healthcare is the manufacturing unit, and Baqai Dawa Khana is a Unani clinic and manufacturer of Unani products since 1930. Ask about a facility visit in your brief.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the format (resin, liquid or capsules), the pack size and the packaging you choose. We put the MOQ in your written quote instead of advertising one headline number that may not apply to your pack. If you are planning a first launch, tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will say plainly whether it works.

Can I see samples before placing an order?

Samples can usually be arranged before a production order. Mention the format in your brief and we will confirm what is available and on what terms with your quote.

Can my own brand name and label go on the product?

Yes, that is what private-label manufacturing means: the pack carries your brand. Label content must follow the labelling rules for the licence route your product is made under, so we review your artwork with you before anything is printed.

Do I need my own licence to sell a Shilajit product under my brand?

It depends on the licensing route for your product and the market you sell in. At the start of a project we explain the route that applies and which permissions sit with you and which with the manufacturer. Please confirm with your own regulatory adviser as well. Nothing on this website is legal advice.

What can I say on my label and in my advertising?

Claims for Ayurvedic and Unani products in India are controlled by the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954. We do not write disease claims or sexual-performance claims for any brand, and we review label claims with you so that your launch does not start with a compliance problem.
