How it works

From first brief to dispatch.

Eight steps, in the order they usually happen. You get a written timeline with your quote, because the real one depends on your format, your licensing route and how quickly artwork is approved.

01The process

What happens, and what you receive.

We do not publish a single timeline, because a generic number would mislead. Every step has an owner, and you always know what comes next.

Regulatory note. The licensing route, and which permissions sit with the brand owner and which with the manufacturer, depends on the product and the market. We explain it at step 2. Please confirm with your own regulatory adviser as well.
  1. Brief

You tell us the format, pack, target market and rough quantity. A short form, a call or a WhatsApp message is enough to begin.

    You provide: your brief
  2. Licensing route and confidentiality

We confirm the route that applies to your product, and sign a mutual NDA if you want one.

    You receive: route summary
  3. Specification and samples

We agree the specification and arrange samples of the format, so you can review before any production order.

    You receive: sample, specification
  4. Packaging and label review

You choose packaging. We review your label particulars and claims before print, and flag lines that need to change.

You provide: artwork. You receive: review notes
  5. Written quote

Price, minimum order, timeline, payment terms, and who owns what. All in writing.

    You receive: quotation
  6. Trial batch

A first batch confirms the process and the specification on your pack before you commit to a commercial run.

    You receive: trial batch records
  7. Production and QC release

Commercial production, quality checks against the specification, and release of the batch.

You receive: batch documents as agreed
  8. Dispatch and repeat orders

Packing, dispatch and paperwork. Repeat orders follow the same specification, so your product stays consistent.

    You receive: dispatch documents
