This policy explains how VIYO Organic handles information submitted through this website, which is operated for third-party manufacturing enquiries.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, company or brand, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, role, city and country, and the details of your brief. We also record the page you sent the enquiry from and, if you arrived from an advertisement or campaign link, the campaign or ad-click identifiers contained in that link.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a manufacturing project with you. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

Enquiries are saved in the website’s database, which is stored by our hosting provider, and emailed to the business inbox (a Google Gmail account) and to the website administrator. To limit spam we also use a one-way hash of your IP address for up to one hour. It is not stored with your enquiry. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, those services process your details under their own terms.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising cookies. A short-lived value may be kept in your browser during a visit so that an enquiry records which campaign link you came from.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as is needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them or keep them only as the law requires.

Your choices

You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to baqaidawakhana@gmail.com or call +91 98114 36426. We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
