02Before you brief us

Four decisions that shape a liquid product.

Liquids behave differently from resin on the shelf and in the post. These are the points to think about first.

  1. Volume and dosing device

Dropper or measure cap, and the pack volume. This sets your price per pack and the directions on the label.

  2. Bottle and closure

The bottle, dropper and seal have to protect the product and survive transport. We will tell you what has worked and what has not.

  3. Shelf life and stability

A liquid needs stability information to support the shelf life you print. We discuss which data is needed for your product.

  4. Carton and label space

Small bottles leave little room, and the label particulars required for your licence route take up most of it. Plan the layout early.

03Label and claims

What your pack can and cannot say.

Your label is your responsibility, and we take it seriously because it is where launches go wrong. We review the label particulars and claims with you before print.

We do not write disease claims or sexual-performance claims for any brand. Describe what the product is and how it is made, not what it does for the body.

04Documents to ask for

  • Manufacturing licence and the products it covers
  • Specification and the test methods behind it
  • Heavy metal and microbial testing scope
  • Batch manufacturing and release records
  • Stability information to support the shelf life you print

05Questions

Common questions about this format.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the format (resin, liquid or capsules), the pack size and the packaging you choose. We put the MOQ in your written quote instead of advertising one headline number that may not apply to your pack. If you are planning a first launch, tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will say plainly whether it works.

Can I see samples before placing an order?

Samples can usually be arranged before a production order. Mention the format in your brief and we will confirm what is available and on what terms with your quote.

Can my own brand name and label go on the product?

Yes, that is what private-label manufacturing means: the pack carries your brand. Label content must follow the labelling rules for the licence route your product is made under, so we review your artwork with you before anything is printed.

What documents do you provide?

We share the product documents relevant to your format during onboarding. That can include the specification, test results and batch documents. Tell us in your brief which documents your marketplaces, distributors or importers ask for and we will confirm what we can supply.

How long does a project take?

It depends on whether you start from an existing formulation, which licensing route applies, how quickly artwork is approved and how long your packaging takes to arrive. You receive a written timeline with your quote instead of a generic number.
